In her new role, McEachern will lead and coach a team that drives consultative sales discussions, memorable customer service experiences and operational excellence both in the branch and throughout the communities the Bank serves.McEachern joins the Bank as an experienced professional with a successful career in banking, relationship management, business development and leadership in the Greater Grand Rapids Area with over 30 years of diverse experience in the financial industry. She is a proud member of the Hudsonville community where she resides with her family.
She will be based at the Banks’ Ada Branch located at 523 Ada Drive SE, Suite 102.
