Cortney Collison, President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Bank has announced the addition of Sarah Klingenberg, Vice President, Risk Officer. In her new role, Klingenberg will be responsible for the implementation and administration of all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Program, Enterprise Risk Management Program as well as overall security of the Bank.Klingenberg joins the organization with over 23 years of diverse experience in the banking industry in West Michigan and has a true understanding of the banking needs for the communities Union Bank serves. Klingenberg combines organizational detail with strong communication skills, exceptional drive and dedication to risk mitigation, monitoring of controls and accomplishing business objectives. Klingenberg is a lifelong member of the Holland community where she resides with her husband James and is a proud mother to her son, Cameron, who is an active member of the United States Air Force.
