It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kimberly (Kim) Cox, Senior Vice President, Director of Operations and Servicing, after a brave battle with cancer.Kim joined the organization in December of 2019 and had over 37 years of management experience in the financial industry with direct focus and expertise in loan operations. She oversaw all loan operations functions of the Bank including mortgage, consumer and commercial lending as well as deposit operations and management of support staff. During her time with the Bank, Kim demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication, playing a pivotal role in implementing several key operational improvements. Her vision, commitment and ‘Can Do’ attitude has left an enduring mark on the Bank.
Kim was known for her integrity, compassionate nature and love for everything Mickey Mouse. She was not only a great leader but also a mentor and friend to many. Her kindness, generosity and willingness to always go above and beyond touched the lives of everyone she worked with.
We extend our deepest sympathies to Kim’s family, friends and loved ones during this challenging time. We are grateful for the time she shared with us and for the lasting impression she leaves behind. Kim will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her legacy will continue to inspire us, and we will honor her memory by carrying forward the values and vision she brought to the Bank.
