Union Bank Announces Recent Promotions
Lake Odessa, Michigan – March 29, 2022 – Cortney Collison, President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Bank (UB) has announced the recent promotion of Peter Rossi as Officer, Information Technology Administrator; Kimberly Cox as Vice President, Loan Operations Manager; and Janet Torres as Senior Vice President, Retail & Deposit Operations Director.
Peter joined Union Bank in August of 2021 with 5 years of overall Information Technology experience in the financial industry. In his enhanced role, Peter will continue to be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Bank’s IT systems and ensuring the systems are running effectively. This includes consistent analyses of the Bank’s network, installing updates and ensuring the Bank’s security network security systems are supported. Peter leads the Bank’s cyber security and business continuity initiatives as well as extends support to the organizational users to ensure systems are in working state in order to provide the best in customer support and service.
Joining the Bank in December of 2019, Kimberly has over 37 years of management experience in the financial industry with direct focus and expertise in loan operations. She will continue to oversee all loan operations functions of the Bank including mortgage, consumer and commercial lending.
Janet, an experienced professional with a successful career in banking, recruiting and talent management, project management and change leadership in the Greater Grand Rapids Area, joined the Bank in September of 2021 with over 19 years of diverse experience in the financial industry. In her new role, she will direct all departmental activities related to Retail Banking, Contact Center, Deposit Operations, Human Resources as well as Risk and Internal Audits to ensure compliance and exemplary customer service.
