Union Bank Announces New Retail Systems Risk Management Officer
Lake Odessa, Michigan – May 4, 2022 – Cortney Collison, Union Bank President and Chief Executive Officer has announced the internal transition of Nathan Roudabush, Assistant Vice President, Retail Systems Risk Management Officer - a new position for the Bank. Former Ada Branch Manager, Roudabush will now provide direct oversight and lead strategic initiatives for vendor and third-party risk management and retail systems administration in addition to management of the Bank’s Contact Center and Virtual Branch.
Roudabush joined the organization in December 2021 with over 15 years of deposit and retail systems management experience in the Greater Grand Rapids Area. As a lifelong resident and proud member of the Lowell community where he resides with his wife Megan and two sons, Roudabush has a true understanding of the banking needs for the communities Union Bank serves and a passion for ensuring all customers receive the best in customer service and overall banking experience.
